Projects In Which Bending Forms The Core Of The System.

Thanks to the unique PC control system, each bending machine can be upgraded with, amongst other things, bunkers, and loading and/or robot systems.

 Automation is enabled completely by the bending machine operating system. In other words, your new DYNOBEND® bending machine will not restrict your expansion options in the future.

 A number of projects have been completed successfully in which pipes were fed from a bunker system using welding seam detection. The pipes were bent and subsequently welded without any form of manual intervention. A handling robot places the bent products in a carrousel, after which welding robots weld the product, and the completed product is removed by means of a pallet changer. In other words, it was possible to set up a completely independently operating bending cell.
