Material handling to achieve a satisfying result
Delivering a tube, sawing or marking a tube.
You could think of the delivering of a tube to the bending machine by means of a loading arm that obtains the tubes from 1 of our bunkers.
Then, for example, the following operations may be drilling, chopping, sawing, punching, marking, deburring, weld seam detection, end forming, etc.
Material bunker for long length pipes.
This bunker is equipped with a system that ensures that the tubes are offered one by one to the next step in the process.
The bunker can also be equipped with weld seam detection which ensures that the tube can be offered with the weld seam always in the same position.
Paternoster bunker for short pipes up to 3000mm
This compact bunker is equipped with a system that ensures that the tubes are offered one by one to the next step in the process.
The bunker can also be equipped with weld seam detection which ensures that the tube can be offered with the weld seam always in the same position.
It is a unique solution in combination with our loading arm for offering tubes to the bending machine.
Loading arm
The loading arm is the connection between the bunker and the bending machine.
It is servo-electrically driven so correct positioning is guaranteed.
You can position a loading arm so that it loads the tube in front or behind the bending head, this depends on your product and environment.
Robot
We can apply a robot for loading a tube into the machine, and for removing a bent product from the machine.
We ensure that the robot can be properly programmed and correctly correspond to the machine.
There are several brands of robots that we have experience with. They include KUKA and FANUC.
Saw-unit
Our custom designed saw unit is the ideal solution for cutting curved products to the right size.
This saw unit is moved horizontally so that there is complete freedom around the bending head while bending a product.
While bending a new product, this sawing unit transports the previous product to the right place.
Chopper
The chopper is used to chop through a pipe quickly and precisely.
The chopper can be built separately in a production cell but also on the bending machine so that, for example, chopping can be done immediately after bending a product.
Almost all materials can be chopped with it.
Drilling unit
A drilling unit can be placed in a production cell or on the machine.
This drilling machine can drill the holes in the straight lengths and bends.
Positioning is done on the machine with the servo axes for bending, longitudinal displacement and spatial rotation.
In a production cell, this can be done by means of a robot, for example.
Weld seam detection
The weld seam detection ensures that the weld is found correctly and that it is in the correct position every time.
This weld seam detection can be placed in a production cell intergrated in the bunker or on the bending machine.
